Selection of Aluminium Ingots

- Use of high-purity imported aluminium that meets international standards

Melting & Casting

- Aluminium is melted at a temperature of 660°C

- The molten metal is poured into molds to form round or solid billets suitable for extrusion

Extrusion Process

Heat Treatment (T5, T6)

- Annealing and cooling follow standardized procedures
