Incoming aluminum billets are carefully selected, with priority given to high-quality materials featuring alloy compositions suitable for specific production requirements. Before extrusion, the billets are heated to approximately 450–500°C to ensure optimal temperature conditions for the forming process.

Under the force of high-capacity hydraulic extrusion presses, aluminum billets are pushed through specially designed dies to create profiles according to the required specifications. Key parameters, including temperature, pressure, extrusion speed, and operating conditions, are closely monitored by our technical team to minimize dimensional deviations, deformation, and surface defects.

This comprehensive control process ensures consistent product quality, dimensional accuracy, and structural stability, meeting the requirements of subsequent machining and assembly operations.
